Congratulations and Thank You to all Fall Participants!

With fall seasons beginning to wrap-up, a sincere thank you to all athletes, coaches, families and community members is needed. We knew this fall would present challenges and difficult situations, but thank you for making this one-of-a-kind season a success. Cooperation from all made these seasons possible for over 300 Little Hawk student-athletes. These experiences, memories and life lessons will last a lifetime for all who participated in cheer, dance, football, volleyball, boys golf, girls swimming and cross country. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!

Good Luck XC Teams!

Good luck and congratulations to the boys and girls cross country teams! The boys cross country team finished 3rd at the state qualifying meet in Dubuque last week. This finish means the boys team will return to state on Friday, October 30th in Fort Dodge. Good luck boys cross country!

The girls team finished 5th at the state qualifying meet in Dubuque. Individuals Rowan Boulter and Lilly Reynolds qualified for the state meet. Good luck Rowan and Lilly in Fort Dodge!

Winter seasons only weeks away!

With winter seasons approaching quickly, be sure to reach out to our winter coaches to learn what opportunities are coming.

Thank you Coach Hugo!

Boys and girls swim Coach Zane Hugo will be stepping down as head coach at the conclusion of the girls swim season this fall. Coach Hugo has accepted a position at the University of Wisconsin to be the next aquatics director.

During his 7 years with City High, Coach Hugo has fostered an inclusive environment, broken records, and created memories for so many athletes that will last a lifetime. Thank you Coach Hugo and best of luck in Madison!

With the departure of Coach Hugo, we are extremely excited to introduce Mandi Kowal as the next boys swimming head coach. Mandi comes to City High with an abundance of energy and knowledge for coaching. She is excited to jump right in and get her feet wet!
