Do you really want to know?????
Here I will talk about typing injuries. By Jaeden Patterson
Bursits
When this condition called Bursits occurs the normally slippery bursa becomes thickened and swollen. The bulk that has been added causes more friction in a already limited amount of space. this movement of the inflamed bursa is very painful and irritating. this occurs because you are repetitively using this bursa and space over and over again.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is caused by a compressed nerve in the wrist, which subsequently causes symptoms in the hand. Pressure on the median nerve which is in a small passage inside the wrist which is called the carpal tunnel. This causes the nerve to malfunction. this nerve gives feeling to the thumb, index and middle finger, and half the ring finger. This also controls most of the muscles in the hand. The most important of which is the thumb to touch the little finger. Compression occurs when the tissues in the carpal tunnel swell up. This is a repetitive strain injury. Some causes are irritation, inflammation, and fluid reaction.

Bad posture and technique can lead you to hurting backs just like this lady.
How about this?
Do you want to feel uncomfortable in your wrist area well if you do not then I suggest to start using correct posture and technique.
And This
I know that if I could prevent this from happening to me I would do every thing in my power to stop this and you can stop this from happening if you just have correct posture and form.
How to Have Correct Posture and Technique
Things you can do!
First you need to keep your feet on the ground, then center your body in front of the g and h, bring keyboard to edge of desk and these are a few ways to have correct posture and technique.
