Why is water the most essential nutrient

Function of Water:

-Water makes up 55-75% of your weight.

-Water carries the nutrients and oxygen to the cell.

-Water also helps the eliminate waste.

Water is the most essential nutrient becuase:

- Water makes up 55-75% of your bady weight

- You can last 6 weeks without food but can only last up to a few days without water.

- You need at least 8-12 cups of water a day just to stay completely hydrated. ( Athletes need even more)
