Summer School and Activites
Are you looking for fun things for your child to do this summer? Please reach out if you need help signing your child up for summer programs.
No Books at Home? No Time to Read? No Problem!
There are many reasons why parents may not be able to read with their kids at home. But the good news is that words are the foundation of literacy, and simply talking, singing, and listening with your child at every age will increase their literacy skill. Your home language is valuable, so be sure to use it if possible. See the graphic below for great ideas for interaction.
Let's Get Active!
Spring is the perfect time to get outside and start getting more active. The City of Neenah Parks and Recreation has many great resources for families to get more active, including their Summer 2020-21 Activity Guide. Join a Youth Sport, visit a Neenah Park, take a Babysitting Class, or attend Camps and many other recreational activities!
