Vicky Deng took home a Silver Medal in a very exciting Gold Medal Match. She lost to a girl who is ranked #5 in Canada, so watch for Vicky on the national stage soon! It was her only loss of the tournament; she didn’t even lose a set until the Gold Medal Game. Awesome job, Vicky!!
Kya Pritchard and Ryder Jackson won the Intermediate Mixed Doubles Division B Gold Medal. Very well done you two!!
The other players either lost in the quarter finals or in the bronze medal matches, but they still played very well against some tough competition! Here are the other results:
- Ella Black and Blake Hyshka - lost in the quarter finals
- Brooklyn Melnyk and Nicca Laya - placed 4th in Division B
- Jotham Jim and Samuel Koett - lost in the quarter finals
