ISSUE #3
NOVEMBER 2023
A message from the Principal
Dear Northwestern Families,
I just want to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended our fall parent teacher conferences. I know that you had to rearrange your schedules and child care to attend and it is greatly appreciated. It is such a positive when we have the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the great things that are happening at school.
Our Trunk or Treat was incredible last night, we had a HUGE turnout! We loved seeing all of our families and children dressed up and having a great time. We saw many smiles and that is what we love to see. Thank you for donating candy and treats to make it a huge success. We are finishing October with fall parties and fun activities.
November will be very busy as well! We will have our Veterans Day program on Friday, November 10th at 2:00 pm in the auditorium. Doors will open at 1:30 pm. Please arrive at 1:30 pm or after as we do not have the space to accommodate everyone waiting inside. ROCK OUR SCHOOL will be held on Friday, November 17th and it is a blast! All students will be engaged in hands-on learning and it is a ton of fun.
Thank you for supporting Northwestern Elementary School and choosing us to educate and adore your kids! We are so appreciative of your partnership with the school. Time is flying by and we are enjoying every minute of it! Have a great weekend!
Warm Regards,
Tiffany Myers

This year we will not be using any video or picture elements during the program; therefore, we will not be collecting pictures of veterans.

***Special note from Mrs. Myers about parking:
Please do not park in the grass areas around the campus. Overflow parking will be in the high school lot across the street over by the tennis courts. In addition, please do not park in the pick up line prior to attending the program. It will block our middle school pick up procedures. Thank you for your understanding!
