Counselor Weekly Newsletter
Message from Hutto ISD Elem. Counselors-Week of May 18
We can do this!!!!!!!!
As we come to a close this school year, we encourage parents and students to make it out to supply pick up at their school if you can (keep an eye out for designated times and days from your school) for an opportunity to also share warm smiles, air-hugs, and waves with your school staff. Having some type of closure is important for everyone, especially for our 5th graders or students who may be moving. If you can't make it, consider sending a message to your child's teacher from your child.
In addition to our weekly resources, below you will find resources for motivation and closure activities for the school year.
"To our dearest 5th graders, words can't express how much we are going to miss seeing you next school year. Thank you for being leaders at your campus, for mentoring the littles, for being a reading buddy, serving as a Safety Patrol member, serving in Student Council, and so much more! You are strong and resilient and we know you are going to be amazing in middle school and accomplish so much in your future.
Love,
Your Elementary School Counselors"
