There are different types of oatmeal, such as raw oats, (This is what oats look like before the kernels are separated from the hulls and stalks), whole grain oats, (Whole oat are the result of simply harvesting oats, cleaning them, and removing their inedible hulls.), steel cut oats, (When you cut groats into two or three pieces with a sharp metal blade) ,rolled oats (regular or quick/instant), and oat flour (Oat flour is a whole grain flour that can be used in baking, or for thickening soups and stews).
- Oats can reduce a chance of cancer
- If the grain has been processed, the food product should deliver the same rich balance of nutrients that are found in the original grain seed.
