RNNE New Teacher Launcher

Goal-oriented and intentional.Intervention.Authentic Team.

In 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave an inspiring speech on his commitment to remaining 'maladjusted' to the inequities and injustices present in society.

As educators, it is imperative that we remain maladjusted to students not being proficient in reading and math, not graduating from college and not being able to fulfill their life's purpose as a result of a low-quality educational experience.

We have to be maladjusted to the educational inequities in society and work passionately towards providing a high quality educational experience everyday.

I'm excited that you are joining a team of "maladjusted" educators passionate about change and impact of our Rocketeers and their families!
