NEW! Have you ever wanted to give an Eisenhower Staff Member a quick note of appreciation! Here's your chance. Help us acknowledge and celebrate all the amazing staff at DDE. Take a moment each week to let us know who you would like to see celebrated. It could be any staff member! Simply complete this FORM.

THINK SPRING...SPORTS!

Forms for Spring Sports are available in Genesis now under the Forms tab.


Any student interested in participating in spring sports must have a completed:

  • Athletes Spring Health History

  • Athletes Spring Consent for Athletic Participation


Complete Once for the 22-23 school year:

  • Athletes Concussion

  • Athletes Opioid Fact Sheet

  • Athletes Sports Related Eye Injuries

  • Athletes Sudden Cardiac Death


Students must have a current sports physical. Physicals done 3/15/22 and after are valid for the entire spring season. Click here to download the sports physical packet


The Spring Sports Season starts on 3/14/23


The deadline to submit all forms is 3/3/23

your name, cell phone number and home address.

An image of your tickets will be texted to you.


Pre-Sale closes on Wednesday, February 1.

50/50 tickets will also be sold the night of Pocketbook Bingo!

Winners do not need to be present to win!

If your child is sick...

Just a reminder that we have revised our procedures regarding Covid-19. Students that come to school displaying symptoms consistent with Covid-19, will be sent home by the nurse.

Regardless of diagnosis, students should remain home until fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication and no vomiting for 24 hours.


Please refer to the 2022-2023 COVID-19 Procedures Acknowledgement posted in your Genesis Parent Portal.

Lunch at DDE

The district uses the Mealtime System for school lunches. Please see LUNCH LETTER from the Assistant Business Administrator regarding school lunches.


FREE & REDUCED LUNCH PROGRAM

Applications must be completed each year for the Free & Reduced Lunch Program. If you haven't already done so, please complete the 2022-2023 application. Any lunch charges incurred after the expiration date are your responsibility. These forms are also to be used by new applicants. You may apply in 2 ways (English & Spanish forms available):

  • Apply ONLINE through the district's website. OR,
