Healthy Habits
Greetings INOVA families! As we come out of another weekend, I started to think about what I did to relax and destress and found myself reflecting on my tendencies and habits. I am always on a mission to created healthy habits to replace some of my unhealthy ones. According to the dictionary, a habit is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. Habits can be related to what we eat, our behaviors, and our thoughts and they form over time. What kind of habits do you have and are they healthy? In order for us to be our personal best, we must create healthy habits that help us to grow into the best versions of us. If you have some time over the weekend, think about one not so healthy habit that you have and try to choose a healthier option to replace it with. It definitely may not be easy and you will have to put in intentional effort, but the good news is that over time it will become a regular practice if you are consistent in applying it. Have a marvelous week and remember to create some healthy habits for yourself!!
Peace and Blessings,
Headmaster Danzy

Student Transfer Change of Process
Notice: Students will have 2 weeks, after their initial registration to start the year, to make a transfer to another district campus. After the 2-week window, they will not be able to transfer to any other campus until the start of the next semester with administrative approval. The exceptions to this are for ESS referrals, as required by the determined needs, and physical family moves into a different school boundary.

Edmentum Students who are currently scheduled to take an Edmentum class should have received an enrollment email from Edmentum. Students are expected to login to their Edmentum course during the period it is assigned on their schedule daily. Any student that has not received their course, please reach out to Mrs. Teran - ateran@cguhsd.org *Parents, you should also be receiving emails from your child's Edmentum teacher regarding opportunities for students to attend live lessons (if applicable) as well as progress reports.
