Advising and representing a client on their legal rights and situation. This may vary from individual cases to whole companies. A lawyers job is to stand up for their client and make sure they win the case. A lawyer isn't always in a courtroom, they could be drawing up contracts or nigotiating. They can work on criminal cases or even finialising a divorse
