PE (Flexibility and Endurance)
Physical Education at Bush Elementary is working on Endurance and Flexibility. Endurance will help you to be able to run, play or move for longer periods of time without getting exhausted. Flexibility will help the students to play or practice any sport without injuring any muscles. When we participate in any physical activity we need to warm up and stretch first and later we could start playing. We are asking and encourage parents to run, play any sport or exercise with their kids at least 30 to 60 min every other day to improve student’s flexibility and endurance.

No Bulling
We will be celebrating “No Bullying, Be Kind” week Feb 3rd – 7th. During the month of February, all students will participate in a lesson about kindness and how it can impact a classroom and school community. Students will share their ideas about what is kindness, particularly in ways to help others in need. We will spend time discussing the ripple effect that kindness has on all students. Instead of teaching children what NOT to do, we will teach them what they CAN do to implement kindness.
