2020-2021 PBiS Goal

Did you know that as of December 11, 2020, 97% of our students have one or fewer behavior referrals? 384 out of our 395 students have received one or fewer behavior referrals for discipline thanks to our school-wide support and commitment to PBiS (Positive Behavior Intervention & Supports)! Our students are making great choices and learning quickly to avoid repeating bad ones!

Our overall goal is to have 85% or more of our kids receive one or fewer minor/major behavior referrals this school year. We are on track to meet that ambitious and worthwhile goal!

Who Implements PBiS?

Everyone… faculty and staff. We encourage everyone to recognize positive and appropriate behaviors. We encourage everyone to recognize the students in your classroom, hallways, restrooms, cafeteria, playground and during arrival/dismissal. This is your opportunity to catch students doing something right!

Mrs. Brooke Carey

I just completed two courses through Edinboro University (Creating Inclusive Classrooms and Seminar in Exceptionalities). This was my first semester of my Master's program in Special Education.

Mrs. Erin Fonzo

I just completed two more classes towards my Master's degree in Restorative Practices. I completed Evaluation of Research and Restorative Leadership: Authority with Grace this past semester. One more semester to go!

Big picture

Big picture

We are hopeful to return to 100% in person learning on January 11, 2021.

Free Meals

On the days kids physically come to school, we will send them home with a FREE breakfast and lunch that they can eat on their virtual learning days while at home. Please check backpacks when your kids home from school so that items can be refrigerated until ready to eat.

Hybrid Attendance

While we are in a hybrid attendance learning schedule, students will need to fill out the electronic attendance form each day that they are learning from home. This form will appear everyday in their Google Classroom and is due by 11:00am. If you have trouble filling out the form or have a situation that makes it difficult to have this form filled out by 11:00am, please email us at MESOffice@penncrest.org. We are here to help!
