Individuals with a growth mindset are more likely to be resilient and have more GRIT. Growth mindset describes a way of viewing challenges and setbacks.

Grit challenge: Try incorporating more growth mindset thinking into your discussions at home. Instead of saying, “This is too hard!” try, “It might take time and effort, but I will succeed!” Here are a few more examples:
