UMAC News......... April 24

Mrs. Barrett & Mrs. Wiley

Dear UMAC Families,

What a week filled with many learning opportunities!

The pictures below are from our AWESOME Skype experience with the author of our read aloud, Augusta Scattergood. On Thursday, she graciously offered to skype with our team and answered many of our questions. Our team was thrilled to have this literacy tech opportunity with her . Her novel, Glory Be, is on the upcoming 2016 Bluestem list! We loved tweeting with Mrs. Scattergood and appreciated her inspiration as we continue to write.

Thank you for your continued support! I realize how busy springtime is after-school, and we continue to emphasize the importance of staying organized. Our team celebrated how well we have been finishing our work well and being prepared each day.

Have a great weekend and best of luck to all of our FEET MEET runners this weekend!
