On behalf of the entire staff of NC+F, I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our clients this summer. Each summer we get an eclectic mix of year rounders, summer regulars and first time visitors and it just keeps getting better. This year was no exception! We appreciate all of your hard work, talent and enthusiasm. The combination of great instructors and great clients is what really creates the energy that we all love at Nantucket Cycling and Fitness and CrossFit Nantucket. We look forward to seeing you all again in Summer 2016!!


A HUGE thank you to all of our instructors for their talent, dedication and kindness. They go above and beyond to make every client feel included, welcome and successful. Summers on Nantucket bring us such a unique volume of newcomers in each and every class, and our instructors do an exceptional job of handling that challenge. Thank you for being so great at what you do!

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am classes ended this week.
  • The last 7:30am Barre Class is Friday, September 11th.
  • Unlimited memberships are now available. 1 month, 3 month and 6 month options are now available in our online store
  • Drop in cards change to off-season pricing on Monday, September 7th

Fall Schedule takes effect the week of Monday, September 14th

Over the last year we have been listening to your feedback regarding our schedule. The two most frequent comments that we have gotten are:


1. Our evening classes need more variety

2. You would like to see some earlier CrossFit Classes.


We have done our very best to listen to everyones feedback. We have made a few tweaks to the schedule and are hopeful that there will be something for everyone! Please take a few minutes to look over our new Fall Schedule (listed below). We understand that while some of the changes may be better for some, they may not be for others. The following schedule is our best attempt to listen to your feedback and over the next 6 to 8 weeks we will be closely watching to see whats working and whats not working and we will respond accordingly.
