HRVHS staff was busy last week preparing and learning together, and now we are ready and so excited to welcome all students this week. Please see below for a few reminders.

• 8:20 am - 1:00 pm
• Check-in in the Commons. Buses will run a normal schedule, with a 1:00pm early dismissal.

• New students (grades 10 -12 ) 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
• Check-in in the Summit Office.

We ask that you avoid using the bus lane at the East end of the building for dropping students off. Our transportation team works hard to get students to school on time and blocking this area makes this very challenging. Please use the north and South sides of the building for drop off and pick up.

Please make sure you are not parking on the sides of the road between the NO Parking signs at the end of the day. Parking there makes it very difficult for cars pulling out to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of our campus.

The end of the day can get very congested with traffic, if you are not in a rush, waiting just a few minutes will help to avoid this heavy traffic area.

All students will return to a pay status for meals for the 2022/23 school year. You do need to fill out an application to qualify for free meals. The 2022-23 application for free and reduced price meals is now available and can be submitted anytime for next school year. There are two options to complete an application for free meals, either online or with a paper application.

• Paper applications are also available, see attached versions in Spanish and English. We also have access to this application in many other languages, if needed.

Cafeteria staff will only take direct payments for lunch account money.Change will not be made the first week.
