Every student will be assigned a teacher “coach” who will serve as an academic advisor, mentor and career counselor. Coach assignments can be seen in Infinite Campus by Monday, January 4 at 3:00 PM.

January 5-8 will follow a different schedule. Full 2nd semester schedules will be posted on Friday, January 8. Students will meet with their coach throughout the semester.

Technology Use and Liability Agreement

TVUSD has created a device checkout procedure. Student and parent/guardian must sign the Technology Use and Liability Agreement.

Please sign the form online and save time at registration! (Click here)

1. You will click on the Google or Microsoft icon to sign in or you will need to create an account if you don't have a current Google or Outlook email. (For TVUSD staff who are also parents, you can use the staff login button.)

2. Then complete the agreement to the right of the screen. It's a very easy process to create.

If you do not complete this in advance, you must complete one at SAEC in order to take an iPad/chromebook home.
