Student Needs Assessment Form (SNAF)

Thank you to all of the Teachers and TA's for completing our Student Needs Assessment Forms (SNAF) so efficiently and effectively. This is a process that advocates for our students with special needs to assist with the level of TA support they will have every year. Your work is greatly appreciated!

CCAT testing for Grade 4 students

Our Grade Four students will be writing CCAT the week of January 13-17th. If any students are absent during the testing period, please let April or Krista know and we will have a make up session with students who missed the testing.

Please note that there will be a Grade 4 CCAT meeting on March 8th to discuss results and next steps . Please meet us in the library to look at the CCAT results and further information regarding testing by our school psychologist. Thank you!

Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Reporting- Heads Up!

The second draft of IEPs will be due on January 31, 2016. . Your support teacher will assist you in writing the IEPs for your students. The IEPs will be sent home to parents to review on February 2016.
