Optional End of Year Assessments

Pearson - TEA is offering a Year-End Assessment from May 11- June 12 - Students can take the exams online from home or print a paper administration. These tests will be built from released STAAR test questions and students will receive immediate feedback at the end of the assessment.

Fitness Gram

FitnessGram Assessment and Reporting Given the systemic closure of schools resulting from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the governor has used his authority under Texas Government Code, §418.016 to suspend the following two requirements for the 2019-2020 school year:


Assessment of the physical fitness of students using FitnessGram (TEC, §38.101)

School district and charter school reporting of FitnessGram results to TEA (TEC, §38.103)
