A transcript is a record of all the grades you've earned in High School. Colleges and universities will request this as part of the admission process. Final transcripts with your 11th grade information will be available in late July (after summer school ends, which is the official end of the school year).

Seniors can request transcripts to be sent to colleges here: https://myforms.pisd.edu/Forms/TRequest

If you have questions about transcripts, you can contact the Registrar at 469-752-9324.
