The Quest
Newsletter for Parents and Students: August 2022
Greetings!
Hello Lincoln Families,
Welcome to the 2022-2023 academic school year! Our teachers and staff spent the first week building the culture and climate in their classrooms and throughout the site. They reviewed rules and expectations of various areas around the school, including the bathroom and the playground. We are continuing to implement Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) as a way to positively reinforce student behavior. Lincoln Leopards will continue to R.O.A.R. on campus; Remain safe, be respOnsible, And be Respectful.
At Lincoln Elementary, our students and children come first. The teachers and staff will work year! However, we cannot do this work alone without your help. I encourage you to be a part of this school community and your child's education through helping your child at home, volunteering on campus, or by joining one of our parent organizations (Parents and Lincoln Staff (PALS), English Language Acquisition Committee, School Site Council).
In closing, I look forward to seeing and meeting many new and familiar faces at our school events. Together, we will make the 2022-2023 academic year a success for our school community!
Sincerely,
Principal Rancap-Perez
