Klein ISD Bond Bit

Bond Bit--Did you know there are over 9.5 million sq ft of schools and facilities in Klein ISD? And the average age of a school in Klein ISD is 25 years old? Did you also know that the existing Klein Memorial Stadium is 55 years old?

Earth Day Plastic Bag Recycling!

We will be collecting old plastic bags as a recycling contest sponsored by HEB!!! We will have drop off spots in the library and front office. Clean out your plastic bags and drop them off at Hildebrandt!

STAAR Testing Reminders

On STAAR testing dates and make-up dates we will be a CLOSED campus. A closed campus means that we will have NO VISITORS on campus.

Reminders about cell phones and other electronic devices:

A student possessing a cell phone or any communication device that has text messaging, email, video or internet capabilities while taking STAAR or any other state assessment, must turn off the device before receiving any test materials.

The student’s test may not be scored if the student had possession of a test booklet or

answer document while the device was visible to the teacher. The teacher observing the

student in the possession of the device must confiscate the device and report the offense to the campus testing coordinator.

Chromebooks and Chargers for Testing

Students will need to bring a FULLY charged chromebook for STAAR testing. Students that have lost their chargers are able to bring their chromebooks to the library the day before when the announcement is made so that it can get charged. Students will then pick it up the next morning before testing starts.

Students can bring their chargers and headphones (if they get the test read to them) to testing days to ensure that they have their supplies ready for testing.

Last Week Of School May 23rd

The last week of school students will not be able to bring backpacks and we will be a closed campus. A closed campus means that we not allow any visitors into the building.

Need to report your Child's absence?

IXL Resource

Want a way to help your child grow their Math and Reading skills at home?? Have them login to their IXL account (located on Student Dashboard) and work through their recommended skills based on their diagnostic tool! Our goal is for EVERY student to achieve 100 points of GROWTH on IXL. We will have 100 point GROWTH celebrations each quarter!

Student Expectations

Students are required to wear their lanyards and student ID badges daily.

  • If lost or forgotten: they can get a new one from the cafeteria BEFORE school or from the AP office DURING lunch.
  • These ID badges are used as their lunch and library card.

Hildebrandt follow the district Code of Conduct for dress code. Some highlights from our dress code:

  • Shorts, skirts and dresses must be mid thigh.
  • Shirts must be the appropriate length, no exposed midriffs.
  • Low cut, revealing camisoles and shirts will not be permitted.
  • Pants must be worn at the waist so that no undergarments are exposed.
  • Jeans with holes above mid thigh will need to have leggings or shorts worn underneath.
  • Pajama pants are not permitted.
