A Message from Dr. Collins
Greetings Pelican Parents,
I hope that you all are enjoying your weekends and looking forward to another adventurous week of school. Last week, we celebrated the 100th day of school and held our Camp Read-A-Lot. Both events were a huge success and could not have been possible with your support. I can't thank you all enough for your time, donations and most importantly your support. You all even sent in your vote to name our mascot. His name is now Percy! I am looking forward to more great events that will promote student achievement this year.
Savannah-Chatham County Public School System offers 25 Choice Programs throughout the district to provide our students with a diverse portfolio of educational options. We invite you to explore the website to find the Choice Program best suited to your child’s interest and ability.

Lottery applications for SCCPSS Pre-K Lottery funded sites will be available beginning February 18, 2020 through February 28, 2020. Online applications and more information can be found at http://pk.sccpss.com .
To qualify for the lottery process, parents must present the child's birth certificate and proof of address to one of the three Pre-K school sites or upload the two documents when completing the application. Funding from the Georgia Lottery provides a limited number of Pre-Kindergarten classes. The program provides services to children who are four years old on or before September 1, 2020 and residing in Chatham County
