Health Trip is a 16-week exercise program organized on a team model giving participants a built-in motivational boost. Health Trip teams consist of 2 to 6 people who will encourage each other to reach their weekly exercise goals. Individual registrations are accepted, however, support from teammates increases the likelihood that individuals will not only meet their goals but that they will continue exercising even after the program! Each month, members report their hours to the team captain and receive prizes as they reach each goal.

You can register online (click on the link below) or in person at the Community Education Center. Fees are $20 per team member and must be mailed in or dropped off at the Community Center by January 8.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

United Way Scholarship Fund

United Way has donated funds for the Sauk Prairie Recreation Department to fund a scholarship program. Our Department started a “no questions asked” policy with awarding scholarships if a child wants to participate in a recreation program. The Department’s only request is that the participants pay for what they can afford and the Department will cover the remainder of the fees. If interested in scholarship assistance for any Recreation Department program, please contact us. Scholarships can only be processed in the office and not online.
