My Future Plans

WHO AM I?
Left Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like to have structure and don't like to think outside the box. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more thinking outside the box, being more creative, and I need to be more free.
#1 Gold Personality
I have a gold personality type, and because I'm gold I enjoy being the leader, organized, and responsible. I need to have responsibility to perform my best. I hate it when people are lazy, waste time, or break the rules. I prefer to communicate through writing, being direct and straightforward, and I like the directions to be step by step. When I listen, I listen to specific details, figure out if the message is right or wrong, and make sure that conversations stay on topic.

How I Work With Others
When working in a group, I tend to be a DIRECTOR. This means that I make sure that everyone in the group is doing their job, lead the group, and always am in control. This corresponds very well with my personality type, gold, because I like to be the one in control every time I do something and being responsible for my successes and my failures.
