A Note from the Principal
Dear Parents,
As we wrap up the first semester of 2018-2019 school year, I realize once again what a great place our school is. Students and teachers are busy at learning, having fun, and are sharing love and respect. In addition, we have a community of parents whose focus is on taking care of children and teachers. Thank you for a great semester!
Another huge THANK YOU goes to our PTA for today's luncheon! The staff was giddy just thinking about it. What a way to help start our winter break!
One more recognition goes to the chaperones that went to the fifth grade camp with us last week. Even though it was freezing cold, rainy, and muddy, our students got kuddos from the Y-crew. Skaggs Stars made us proud. Thank you, chaperones, for staying with us all three days!
Congratulations to Ms. Vasquez! She is the 2019 Skaggs Teacher of the Year!
Today was a joyful day filled with parties and assembly! Kids, teachers, and I had a great time seeing everyone. We wish you a wonderful winter break! See you back on Tuesday, January 8th.
