A Time Sensitive message to families of Minocqua J1 School District
Dear MJ1 Parents and Students,
Due to the Shelter in Place directive coming from Governor Evers, we are working as quickly as possible to assemble student’s belongings and have them available for drive-thru pick-up beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March, 24.
We are asking parents to form a line with vehicles beginning at the cafeteria doors. A staff member will come to your car, get your child’s name and then retrieve the items for you. It is imperative that nobody leave their vehicle during the pick-up process.
We do have a limited number of Chromebooks available to families that do not have a device at home. At this time we are asking families to hold off requesting these if they already have 1 or more devices of their own. We want to make sure that we first distribute electronic devices to households that do not have any.
As we receive information and guidance from state, local and federal government, we will continue to update families. We appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation at this chaotic time. Our main goal is to work with you to provide the best resources and support to the students of Minocqua J1 School District.
