Associated Student Body
Congratulations to our 2018-2019 class presidents!
Second Grade Class President
Amelia Y.
Third Grade Class President
Cameron A.
Multi-Age Class President
Jakob A.
During the month of May 2017-2018, our students participated in AmeriMont Academy's second Associated Student Body (ASB) presidential election. Each candidate, first grade and up, presented their campaign speech to their peers and the entire student body cast their vote.
Our elected presidents will collaborate with all students, meet monthly with Ms. Ford, assist in planning ASB events, and help create positive changes all in the name of making AMA a fantastic place to be. Their first meeting will be held on Friday, September 21st.
As we introduce our ASB team, we tie in the importance of this month's character trait: respect. Respect is the ability to treat someone or something with value and care. Students will vote for their classmate who has displayed qualities of respect throughout the month of September. We will focus on a different trait each month.
We cannot wait to hear all of the wonderful ideas that our ASB presidents are sure to come up with this school year!
