Michele is happy to help anyone with an iPad tutorial or even become a weekly guest App announcer to demonstrate an app. Last year several classes enjoyed an "app reviewer" club and I'd be happy to repeat that if you'd like to let a pair of children demonstrate a weekly app.

Please remember to have a hidden spot for the ipad to charge and live in. If you want a pair of earbuds and a micro fiber cleaning cloth, just ask!

Don't forget about the read aloud app that's interactive with the physical book:

When Can I Send My Kids?

Many of you are missing the breakfast-balancing morning rush. Some other good times for student book browsing are:

  • after lunch if you run "quiet time"
  • during work catch-up time on Friday
  • indoor recess
  • alongside bookroom shopping times
  • bring the whole class= If you can spare 10 minutes once every 2 weeks or so, it's a lovely time to approve additions to reader's workshop bookbags, feature a particular genre, or discover read alouds yourself!

Get Acquainted is your chance to SHINE! Michele can help Monday or Tuesday after school if you need assistance with your presenation.
