How do you build a healthy plate ?

  • Make sure half of your plate has vegetables and fruits
  • Dont forget to eat your protein ( meats, nuts, etc )
  • Include whole grains ( rice, bread , etc )
  • Diary ( milk, cheese , etc )
  • Avoid extra fat ( fat causes obesity )
  • Small plate size so you wont go over your proportion
  • Take your time eating ( eating slower makes your food digest properly )
  • Try new things ( dont be afraid to try new foods and try to mix it up )
  • Cut down on calories, sugar, and salt ( doing this you can avoid obesity and other eating disorders )
