BUILD A HEALTHY PLATE

How do you build a healthy plate ?
- Make sure half of your plate has vegetables and fruits
- Dont forget to eat your protein ( meats, nuts, etc )
- Include whole grains ( rice, bread , etc )
- Diary ( milk, cheese , etc )
- Avoid extra fat ( fat causes obesity )
- Small plate size so you wont go over your proportion
- Take your time eating ( eating slower makes your food digest properly )
- Try new things ( dont be afraid to try new foods and try to mix it up )
- Cut down on calories, sugar, and salt ( doing this you can avoid obesity and other eating disorders )
