Meet Our School Social Worker

Stacy Constantinou - School Social Worker

My name is Stacy Constantinou. I have been a New Hanover County School Social Worker for 16 years. This is my 5th year at Wrightsboro and I love being a Cool Cat!

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Goucher College and my MSW from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to becoming a school social worker, I worked as a family therapist in a residential treatment facility for delinquent boys and also in a psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents. I moved from Pittsburgh to Wilmington with my family in 1995.

In my spare time I enjoy walking, hanging out at the beach, reading, cheering on my Pittsburgh Steelers and spoiling my new grandbaby, Stella!

Please reach out if I can be of assistance to you.

Updates & Reminders

  • If you have not completed the beginning of year online paperwork, please do so ASAP.
  • School begins at 7:50 each day. Any students arriving after 7:50 are tardy and will need to be taken to the office to check-in.
  • All students, staff, and visitors are required to wear a mask while inside at school. This is for the safety of all and to limit the number of quarantines due to exposures. Students can take their masks off inside to eat and can play outside at recess or PE without their masks.
  • Please contact the school nurse or your child’s teacher if your child has been sick, exposed to COVID, or tested positive for COVID.
