Flu Clinic Information
Staff: The Flu Clinic this year will be on Thursday, September 26th by Parker County Hospital District. They will not be giving any nasal FLUMIST this year--only by injection.
There is no charge for students 18 years of age and younger.
All students under the age of 18 will need a consent form completed and signed by a parent/guardian. Consent forms will be at each campus two weeks before the clinic and will be on the Brock ISD website. Teachers will be sending home consent forms with their students two weeks before the clinic at all campuses except High School. If a High School student wants a consent form, they can pick one up at the front office or download a consent form off the Brock ISD website.
Staff: Complete/sign a consent form and bring a copy of your insurance card with you if you want PCHD to file your insurance If you wish to pay for the vaccine, they are $20.00. Cash or check, please.
The schedule is as follows below. Staff may come to any campus to get their Flu Injections.
7:30am Elementary Campus- staff first, then students following till 10:00 am approx.
10:00am Jr. High--Staff first then students in the Library
10:00am - Brock High School -Staff first then students in the Cafeteria
1:00-3:00 Brock Intermediate Campus -Staff first in the Band room then students

The Eagle Eye Dads serve the campus in a variety of ways such as greeting in the morning, helping out at events or just helping out around campus. There are a lot of opportunities to volunteer. Need To Know
- You can walk your kiddo to their designated morning area beginning at 7:15 until 7:40. After that, you can walk them to the office and we will take them to class.
- Please don't pass in the line.
- If you need to buckle your kiddos please pull all the way up.
