Welcome Back!
I hope everyone had a chance to sit back and relax a little bit these past few weeks. Third quarter has begun and it will be a busy one! Please continue to check your child's planner and your email regularly and as always if you have questions or concerns, please give us a call or send an email.
Please keep us updated on any contact information/residency changes. It is very important for us to have updated and accurate family information.
Vision Statement Revealed
Thank you to those of you who took the time to vote for our Barry Vision statement. All stakeholders had the opportunity to vote for the vision statement they felt represents Barry best. The new Barry Vision statement is: LEARN-GROW-LEAD
Our Leadership Team will begin the process for creating our mission statement in January.
Support For Students With Low Grades
Beginning January 30th, students having more than one "D" or "F" in a subject areas will be invited to attend an academic study hall on Tuesday and Thursday during their PE time. Study hall students will attend PE on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. A letter with more details will be emailed to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families on Friday, January 6th.
