It's August!
Congrats!
I know several of you were working toward the Bacara trip incentive over the past couple of months. And, in doing so I saw incredible things happen in the growth of your businesses. This stemmed from building on your teams, reaching new clients and emerging as leaders and mentors. I recently sent out a newsletter on how to mentor and onboard your new consultants. it's a great reference so be sure to use it. One of the things I love the most about any incentive is that they are designed to further your business (if you want it). I think one of the most important strategies in life is to set goals to work towards and incentives can help give you the push you may need.
Goals!
If you are working this business alongside another job then also be sure to time block when you can work this so that weeks don't go by and you haven't done anything. Success isn't easy, but it is so worth it. The potential for growth with Beautycounter is incredible and with the Target launch happening next month you don't want to miss the opportunity.

My story
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Lucas, since 2003. Prior to having our son, Elijah, in 2013, I was a Family Nurse Practitioner for 4.5 years where I put my focus on disease prevention and tried to treat conditions with lifestyle changes when possible. For years I have paid attention to what I put in my body and made sure I exercised.
After Elijah was born I decided I couldn’t go back to work and let someone else raise him. I made the decision to stay home. When he was 8 months old, a fellow CrossFitting friend reached out to me about Beautycounter and when I started hearing about some of the information on how our environment and our personal care products impacts our health I knew I had to do something. I have been trained and it is ingrained in me to help and educate people to lead healthier lives. I don’t want my son growing up in a world where he has to read labels for harmful ingredients and to see a rise in health conditions that are so quickly growing largely in part to our environmental exposures. I love that we are an education first, product second company. And, the fact that we have amazing products is a huge bonus! Elijah and my family are my “why” on this mission. To me this is so much more than selling a personal care product.
I love being a leader in this company and helping other people achieve their goals. I am here to help you in any way possible so never hesitate to reach out. xoxo
