Special Visit at Widefield Elementary
Just before spring break, the El Paso County Sheriff's Mounted Unit visited the students at Widefield Elementary School. This was one of the school's Title events to encourage students to read. The deputies read stories to students and talked about their jobs and the horses. Students and parents also got the chance to pet the horses.
