From The Principal
Paris Ridge Families -
As we head into our final school week of 2021 (hard to believe in a few short weeks it will be 2022!!), here are a few “seasonal” reminders that will help make our school days and weeks go smoothly:
Please be mindful of daily forecasts as it seems we can get a little bit of everything this time of the year. We had what very much felt like winter the last week or so, but next week projects to be much warmer. Please make sure to send students with boots everyday to either keep their feet warm or dry….or both! Snow pants can be very helpful for this as well!
Please continue to monitor your child each morning for health symptoms that might be concerning for COVID19 or the seasonal flu. We recognize that this can be tricky with some overlapping symptoms, but diligence in this matter can help ensure we limit the exposure to students and staff.
Morning drop off times for students eating breakfast is 8:30 am. All other students are asked to wait to enter the building until 8:35. Morning minutes are crucial for our staff in making preparations for the day and we ask for your help in sticking to our designated times.
Have a great weekend! We will be wrapping up 2021 next week with a variety of fun, including all of the following school-wide events: Spirit Week, PBIS Celebrations and Holiday Parties! A ton of fun packed into one week! See the "Upcoming Events" above for a daily list of activities!

Made possible by your support: This is another unique school year where we haven’t been able to hold as many of the usual events and field trips. However, these are some of the activities the PTO has been able to sponsor so far this year. This is all made possible by your support!
· Provided support to our classroom teachers by reimbursing them for supplies
· Funded a fall field trip for Kindergarten
· Provided a back-to-school lunch for teachers and meals on conference nights
· Provided teacher appreciation snacks
· PBIS program celebrations and school wide acrostic poem project
· Walk the Ridge and Paint the Principal Event
Next Community PTO Meeting:
