At Snack Pak 4 Kids, we believe every teen deserves access to the food they need to learn on Monday mornings. Show Me Something Good- Commanding General Visits TR JROTC Program
Major General John Evans, the Commanding General of US Army Cadet Command visited with TR's JROTC program. This division of the Army is responsible for JROTC programs and ROTC programs at the college level. Our drill teams performed outside. Because the power was out, the Rifle Team was unable to show him the range; however, they were able to set up and brief on Rifle Team. Our cadet staff, Leeroy Davila and Brennan Sierra, were the hosts and briefed the General on the Battalion's successes. The CyberPatriot Team was presented with certificates and a General's coin. The General then took questions from the cadets. We were honored to have Mr. Norwood, Dr. Maika, Mr. Jimenez, and COL Henson from the district, as well as our military representation from our Brigade headquarters located here on Joint Base San Antonio. General Evans' closing comment was he is a big fan of JROTC and a big fan of Roosevelt!
