What is the 3rd Amendment?
The 3rd Amendment states that the constitution places restriction on quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent, forbidding the practice in peacetime.
What does that mean?
All that means is that soldiers are not allowed to invade homes and make it theirs for the time they need it until.
How Does it Protect us?
It protects us because it makes sure that no random soldiers come to your house and expect you to hand it over to them for the period that they stay there.

The 5th Amendment
Now What is the 5th Amendment?
The 5th amendment states that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law, nor shall property be taken for public use, just without compensation.
What is that Suppose to Say?
Basically what they are saying in the 5th amendment is that life, freedom, and the property may not be taken away from them. Also that their property can not be taken for public usage.
How Does it Protect Us in our Everyday Life?
It protects us because it allows us to live our whole life free and happy. Without having to worry about getting our basic rights taken from us.
