Judy Miller, High School Social Studies Judy Miller, High School Social Studies

HROA High School Social Studies

2022-23 is Ms. Miller's third year at the HROA and her 43rd year as a teacher. Ms. Miller started and spent the first 19 years of her teaching career on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona; she has worked for the Hood River District since 1999. Ms. Miller strongly believes the common thread through all the success stories is the idea of persistence and being willing to work for what you want. Ms. Miller feels that by choosing HROA, students have advantage of many resources and people to help make amazing things possible. Her goal is to help students take advantage of the support at HROA in order for students to achieve their goals. Stop by HROA on Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursdays to work with Ms. Miller or just say 'Hi'. Thanks Ms. Miller for working so hard to make the HROA social studies program the best it can be for high school students!
