Hate Crime Laws

Everyone deserves equal rights !

No place for Hate !

Why hate on a group ?? When you can love all the People in America as American citizens. America is one of the most diverse countries. A hate crime is more serious than a conventional crime because it abuses more than the immediate victim. When a criminal act is based on factors such as a victim's race, gender, sexual orientation or religion, it takes on some of the characteristics of a terrorist act.

What can you do to change this??

Crimes against an individual usually affects only that individual, but hate crimes are intended to terrorize an entire group or class of people. Federal statistics continuously show that sexual orientation remains the third highest recorded bias crime in the country, and anecdotal evidence makes it clear that anti-transgender hate violence occurs frequently, and especially against gender-nonconforming people of color.
