Student Engagement Tracker

In accordance with SB98, we will begin using an Engagement Tracker created by our District Management to keep a record of instructional minutes and account for student engagement. We have been given direction from the District to begin documenting and backtracking from Sept. 1st.


The Admin Team is aware that this is a lot to ask and we are here to support you. I will be available today on Zoom during or after collaboration to help troubleshoot or answer any questions you may have about the process.

While self-care should be a priority in every profession, it is particularly important for those in caregiving careers. ... Many teachers, in particular, are at risk of stress and burnout, and self-care is therefore necessary to maintain good mental health and overall well-being.


We know and understand that a lot is being pushed out to you. Thank you for understanding and for your resilience in this most tumultuous time. As we begin to try streamlining our communication I will send a weekly message at the beginning of the week. Vanessa will continue with our weekly bulletin on Fridays. This will be adjusted as needed.


Hopefully this will begin to ease some of the anxiety caused by multiple emails daily.

Flexibility to Return to Work from Campus

Per our Superintendent's directions, teachers now have the option to have workdays from home or our school site. In order to ensure everyone's safety and that proper cleaning protocols are met please submit this form to indicate which days you would like to work from campus. Remember: you would have to commit to the full day in whichever location you choose because of the liability of a commute back and forth during the workday. Flexibility Work Location Preference

We are so excited about all the clubs starting up over the next few weeks! Thank you to all of the wonderful teachers taking the lead on these clubs. A couple of new clubs to look out for include 'Creative Writing' and 'Let's Talk Music-LTM Crew'.


All Advisory teachers will be provided with information regarding initial meeting times and how students can sign up.
