Message From Ms. O'Sullivan - Field Day Volunteers Needed!
Hello Hansen community,
The 2022 Hansen Field Day is approaching fast! This year’s Field Day will be on Thursday, June 2nd (with rain date scheduled for Tuesday, June 7th) with 3rd-5th grade students in the morning (approximately 9:15 AM - 11:15 AM) then K-2nd grade students in the afternoon (approximately 12:25 PM - 2:25 PM). Similar to the past several years, students will visit many physically active stations throughout the day. This will be a fun-filled day full of activities promoting cooperation, team building, school spirit, friendly competition, and encouraging sportspersonship. I am excited to run my first Field Day with the Hansen students!
Of course, Field Day cannot be successful without the continued outstanding support from our volunteers. If you are able to help as a volunteer for this year’s Field Day, please fill out the online form (volunteersignup.org/DQTAA) by May 19th. Volunteers will receive more Field Day information as the date approaches. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to contact me at osullivans@cantonma.org Thank you in advance for volunteering on this exciting day!
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Sheila O’Sullivan
