DEFAULT OR DESIGN?

This week I was reading back through some of Jeff Henderson's work. I love what he says about culture. He states:

"Your culture is created by default or design"

As leaders we need to focus on the design of our culture. Jeff challenges his staff with the following five principles:

  • Believe Abundantly
  • Appreciate consistently
  • Develop intentionally
  • Listen actively
  • Live Repeatedly

Organizational climate is ever changing as employees, customers, and stakeholders come in and out of each organization; however, the culture should remain intact. I hope the quote above is thought provoking! Lead NWA well this week!

SECONDARY CHAPEL

This week, at the final secondary chapel of the year, Matt Stewart, Shiloh's Dean of Spiritual Development closed the "All In" series with a powerful message from the book of Jude. Landry Ludwig also shared his testimony boldly, and our senior student worship leaders shared their gifts one last time. We are grateful for an incredible year of spiritual growth, godly instruction, and encouragment.
