While Conroe ISD is in a period of limited operations, this number will go directly to voicemail. Messages are monitored between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM each week day, and someone will respond to your message as soon as possible.
4th Grade Clap-Out/Drive By
We plan to say “Aloha” to our fourth grade students Thursday, May 28, from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. with a drive by clap-out! Fourth Grade parents please plan to drive around the front circle of the school by turning in right from Crownridge Drive and exiting right back onto Crownridge Drive. We want to kick off our students’ summer with a festive celebration of their accomplishments at Bush! Congratulations to all our amazing rising fifth graders!

2020-2021 Kindergarten Enrollment Information
To enter the Kindergarten program in Conroe ISD, a child must be five years old on or before September 1 of the current school year. Below is a list of documents that can be provided to establish identity and age for registration:
- birth certificate,
- passport
- school ID card
- military ID
- hospital birth record
- adoption record
- or other legal document that establishes identity

All medications must be picked up by a parent, guardian or someone authorized by parent.
Any medication remaining in the clinic after Thursday, May 28, 2020, will be discarded per CISD Health Services medication policy. No medications will be stored in the clinic over the summer.

Conroe ISD Instructional Resources for Parents
The Conroe ISD Curriculum and Instruction Department created a web site with online instructional resources. As we approach the end of the school year, feel free to access these resources for additional materials for your children.

Conroe ISD Food Distribution Sites
Conroe ISD will be distributing meals to students on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM or as long as meals last. Food will be distributed curbside at:
- Austin Elementary
- Caney Creek High School
- Conroe High School
- Grand Oaks High School
- Hauke High School
- Knox Junior High
- Oak Ridge High School
- The Woodlands College Park High School
- The Woodlands High School
- Washington Junior High
The food distribution process and sites will be updated beginning in June.

Each week day, a different staff member will record the daily announcements. Announcements will be posted on the Bush Elementary Facebook page each day, and we will include the announcements for the week in the Bush Banner each Friday.

Share Your Talents - PTO Positions Available for Next School Year
VP of Communications: Oversee the communication which includes the volunteer coordinator, directory leader, formsite creator, webmaster, marquee coordinator and social media leader offering assistance when needed. They will also create and distribute electronic communications to the PTO membership when needed.
Yearbook Assistant: Assist yearbook lead in organization, design, layout and distribution of yearbook.
Directory: Solicit advertisements from established contacts. Coordinate the layout of the directory and work with printer to publish (needs some excel experience)
Marquee Coordinator: Adds PTO related events to the Marquee, such as Spirit Nights and student birthdays. This is usually done roughly three times per month.
Membership Outreach Coordinator: Responsible for reaching out to general PTO members to keep them connected to PTO and updated with important news and events. This is a new position and will work with VP Communications and President to develop!
Spirit Night (2 people): Research and schedule venues for monthly Spirit Night fundraisers. Responsible for communicating events to parents through fliers and by coordinating with Social Media and Marquee Coordinators.

Spirit Fridays: This team's goal is to motivate school spirit. We are looking for volunteers who can work well with others and can spare 2-3 hours a month on Fridays during school hours.
Movie Night support team: This team creates a family movie night in January. This position can be done at any time day, night or weekends. You will be working under an experienced leader who will help you accomplish tasks. Commitment time is approximately 25 hours for the year plus 7 hours on the day on movie event.
