EVAAS
You should have gotten an email from EVAAS. The EVAAS teacher window is open now until May 19th. The email from EVAAS has a lot of good information in it.
Attached is MGSD notes that Ginger Huffstickler has created before DPI created there forms.
Also attached the date sheet that Ginger Huffstickler created to help teachers determine % of students and teachers together. Make sure you are using the date sheet that there are two tabs - one for semester and one for year long classes. Please be careful to be one correct tab of workbook.
Enrollments After 8/28/16: Link her is also a list of all of Park View students that have enrolled after 8/28 for you to be able to determine % with students to go along with the data sheet above.
New teachers that have not done this before, please contact a colleague here at school first. Many of our teachers have completed this process for a few years now.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact myself, Lori or Ginger

MGSD BT/Mentor Celebratory Meeting
- held Monday, May 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Professional Development Room at MIS.
- Please remember that this is the meeting when we celebrate our 3rd Year Beginning Teachers and wish them well as they move into the land of being considered a teacher under a "Continuing License."
- We will also celebrate our Mentors! So, please consider bringing a small token of appreciation and love to present to your Mentor at this meeting.

School Choice
- Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop: school choice window ends next Friday May 5th.
- If you know anyone who is looking to school choice, please make sure you share with them.
- If students are assigned to your school because of EC placement then they do NOT have to submit a school choice form; however, they can if they choose to and if they have siblings of that student then they must submit a form for the sibling(s) if they want the sibling to attend the school outside their address zone.
- STAFF: If you want your personal child to attend a certain K-6 school that is outside their home address then they also need to complete a school choice form by May 5th.
- Obviously no school choice forms are needed for students in rising grades 7-12 since we only have one middle and one high school :)
Repairs and Paint
- As we continue to make improvements to our school, please complete this Repair/Paint Form by Friday, May 12th
