Support PHF!

Reagan, a student new to our Mill Hill family, and her family are hoping to get your support for a great cause!

There is an upcoming partnership/fundraising event that Reagan's parents are hosting with the Bridgeport Islanders. Even if you aren’t a hockey fan, it will be a fun afternoon for families at a wonderful arena so close to home, for a great cause near and dear to our hearts.

About the Cause:
Reagan's parents are the CT State Chapter Directors for the Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation, an all-volunteer organization that they’ve been involved with since 2013 when Reagan was diagnosed with the condition. Hydrocephalus is a life-long condition where CSF accumulates and puts pressure on the brain and can cause brain damage, or death if not treated. Over the years through various fundraisers and generous donations, they have raised over $300k which has gone directly to the PHF toward research to find a cure, or toward the Reagan Sloane Shanley Scholarship Fund which they created to provide scholarships for students or researchers who are committed to helping find better treatments for this brain condition.

What:
The PHF will be featured as the Nonprofit of the Night at the Bridgeport Islanders Game! Join us on Retro Night for a family fun gameday while supporting PHF!
