1st Recipe

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with blueberries. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown. Serve with syrup if desired.
Freeze option: Freeze cooled pancakes between layers of waxed paper in a resealable plastic freezer bag. To use, place pancakes on an ungreased baking sheet, cover with foil and reheat in a preheated 375° oven 6-10 minutes. Or, place a stack of three pancakes on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through.Yield: 14 pancakes

2nd Recipe

Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes (about 1-1/4 lbs.), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

3rd Recipe

Pancakes
  • 2 cups all-purpose pancake and baking mix
  • 1 cup apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 cup chopped peeled Gala apples or golden delicious apples
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup or pancake syrup

4th Recipe

  • 5 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

5th Recipe

  • Oatmeal
  • 5 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Country Crock® Spread, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Banana Muffins

  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 bananas

Cheesecake

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
  • 1/3 cup Country Crock® Spreadable Sticks, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
