Harry Potter Series

Obviously I am not implying that I am in any way similar to Harry Potter, or any of the wizards throughout the books in the wonderful world that J.K. Rowling created. However, being my favorite series and having read them four times over, it opened a lot of doors within me. It was the Harry Potter series that made me realize that I enjoy reading books, and it was also the series that encouraged me to use my imagination and to explore more of the world beside my immediate surroundings.

Whether it was golf, or now a days soccer or just working out, a day rarely passes where I don't partake in physical activity. Sports have become such a big part of my life that I can not imagine where I would be if I had never participated in any sports.

Prior to that was Michigan, before that Brazil, and before that Paraguay. Moving as often as I have has definitely impacted me and made me a better, more understanding person, especially when it comes to relating to people from other cultures. It has also helped me in the fact that I am trilingual.
